How invoicing works
- when Invoices close on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC and cover the preceding calendar month.
- how Charged to the card on file via Razorpay. Receipts and PDFs arrive by email to the billing address.
- late If a charge fails we retry for 14 days. Your instances keep running; after 14 days of failed attempts the subscription moves to past_due.
